Edwards finished Sunday's 120-117 win over Phoenix with 24 points (9-14 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), six assists, four rebounds and one steal across 39 minutes.
Edwards has been extremely consistent in the 2024-25 campaign, during which he has posted 14 straight games with 21 or more points. The superstar had another efficient outing from the field and made three-plus threes for the 13th time in 14 regular-season outings. In that 14-game span, Edwards has averaged 28.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.1 steals across 37.1 minutes per game. Through 14 regular-season appearances, Gobert has averaged 10.9 points, 10.4 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.6 blocks while shooting 63.0 percent from the floor across 32.9 minutes per game.

Randle registered 35 points (11-20 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 8-9 FT), seven assists, four rebounds and one steal across 34 minutes during Sunday's 120-117 win over Phoenix.
Randle set a new season high in assists and scoring during the razor-thin victory. The 29-year-old also hit the game-winning three-pointer as time expired, and his five made threes tied his season-high mark. Through 14 regular-season games with his new club, Randle has averaged 21.6 points, 6.5 rebounds and 4.4 assists across 34.0 minutes per game. Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Good to go Sunday
DiVincenzo (back) is listed as available for Sunday's game against the Suns.
DiVincenzo was a late addition to the injury report Sunday due to back spasms, though he will seemingly play through the issue against Phoenix. The 27-year-old has yet to miss a game with his new club. However, he has struggled thus far, averaging 8.9 points, 3.4 rebounds and 3.3 assists while shooting only 33.6 percent from the field across 25.7 minutes per game in 13 regular-season outings.

Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Late addition to injury report
DiVincenzo is questionable for Sunday's game against the Suns due to back spasms.
DiVincenzo is a late addition to the injury report, which is never a good sign. He's averaged 19.7 minutes per game over his last three appearances. If he's downgraded to out, Nickeil Alexander-Walker would likely see increased minutes, while Rob Dillingham could carve out a larger role in the rotation.

Timberwolves' Rudy Gobert: Ekes out double-double Friday
Gobert recorded 11 points (5-7 FG, 1-1 FT), 11 rebounds, two assists and three blocks across 41 minutes during Friday's 130-126 overtime win over Sacramento.
It wasn't a dominant performance, but Gobert still produced his second straight double-double and fifth in 13 games to begin the season. The veteran center's usage and production have somewhat surprisingly declined with Julius Randle in the frontcourt with him instead of Karl-Anthony Towns, but Gobert is still averaging 10.8 points, 10.5 boards, 1.9 assists and 1.4 blocks through the first 13 games of 2024-25.

Timberwolves' Julius Randle: Drops 26 on Sacramento
Randle ended with 26 points (8-20 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 8-8 FT), four rebounds, five assists and one steal across 41 minutes during Friday's 130-126 overtime victory over the Kings.
While the four boards tied his season low, Randle's offensive output was his best since Oct. 24, when he supplied a season-high 33 points in a game that also took place in Sacramento. Through his first 13 games with the Timberwolves he's averaging 20.6 points, 6.7 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.6 threes while shooting 50.3 percent from the floor, his best mark since 2018-19.

Timberwolves' Anthony Edwards: Pours in 36 in OT win
Edwards posted 36 points (14-27 FG, 6-14 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds and two assists over 42 minutes during Friday's 130-126 overtime victory over the Kings.
It's the fifth time in 13 games to begin the season that Edwards has delivered at least 30 points, and the fifth-year forward has yet to score less than 21. Swapping Karl-Anthony Towns out for Julius Randle this offseason seems to have benefitted Edwards the most -- he's attempting a career-high 21.5 shots, including 10.1 three-pointers, a game, leading to what would be a career-high 28.4 points and 4.9 threes.
