Red Wings' Michael Rasmussen: Slated to return Monday
Rasmussen (upper body) is expected to play Monday against San Jose, Jonathan Mills of the Red Wings' official site reports.

Red Wings' Simon Edvinsson: Expected to play Monday
Edvinsson (lower body) is expected to play Monday against San Jose, Jonathan Mills of the Red Wings' official site reports.
Edvinsson missed Saturday's game against the Kings due to a lower-body injury, but he'll likely be back in action following a minimal absence. Over 16 appearances this year, the 21-year-old has tallied two goals, six points and 37 blocked shots while averaging 20:36 of ice time.

Red Wings' William Lagesson: Brought up from minors
Lagesson was summoned from AHL Grand Rapids on Monday.
Lagesson's recall doesn't bode well for the availability of Simon Edvinsson (lower body) for Monday's matchup against San Jose. The 28-year-old Lagesson has two goals and five points in 11 AHL outings this season. He will be an option to play versus the Sharks but could serve as a healthy scratch.

Campbell (not injury related) was placed on waivers Sunday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.

If he clears waivers, Campbell will likely report to AHL Grand Rapids as a depth option for the Red Wings. The 32-year-old netminder made five appearances with Edmonton last season, going 1-4-0 with an .873 save percentage.

Red Wings' Vladimir Tarasenko: Assists in three straight games
Tarasenko provided an assist and two shots on goal in Saturday's 4-1 loss to the Kings.
Tarasenko has a helper in three straight games after helping out on a Dylan Larkin goal late in Saturday's loss. The 32-year-old Tarasenko has struggled with consistency so far, so it's tough to tell if this is a mirage or a return to form on offense. The veteran winger has six points, 25 shots on net, nine hits and a minus-4 rating over 16 appearances, playing primarily in a third-line role.

The 26-year-old winger is up to 16 points (seven goals, nine helpers), 39 shots on net and a minus-8 rating through 18 outings overall. Red Wings' Vladimir Tarasenko: Garners helper
Tarasenko posted a power-play assist, two hits, two PIM and a minus-3 rating in Friday's 6-4 loss to the Ducks.
