Hockey Club's Matias Maccelli: Records helper Friday
Maccelli logged an assist in Friday's 4-2 loss to the Golden Knights.
Maccelli has a goal and two helpers over his last four contests. He started the year in the bottom six but has earned a second-line role more recently, and it appears to be helping his offense. The winger is up to nine points, 24 shots on net and an even plus-minus rating over 17 outings. Maccelli doesn't offer a lot of category coverage in fantasy, but he's decent as a depth scorer with power-play time.

Hockey Club's Dylan Guenther: Nabs assist
Guenther logged an assist and three shots on goal in Friday's 4-2 loss to the Golden Knights.
Guenther looks to be warming up again with a goal and three assists over his last four games. The 21-year-old winger remains in a steady second-line role, and his offense has rounded out a bit after being goal-heavy early in the season. He's up to seven tallies, 14 points, 42 shots on net, 12 PIM and a plus-5 rating through 17 appearances.

Hockey Club's Alex Kerfoot: Offers power-play helper
Kerfoot provided a power-play assist in Friday's 4-2 loss to the Golden Knights.
Kerfoot ended a four-game slump with the helper. The 30-year-old forward has seen middle-six minutes for most of the season, and he's been on the power play in the last four games. He's produced five points, 28 shots on net, 12 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating through 17 contests overall.

Hockey Club's Mikhail Sergachev: Nets fourth goal of season
Sergachev scored a power-play goal in Friday's 4-2 loss to the Golden Knights.
Sergachev has found the back of the net in back-to-back outings for the first time this season, and this was his second power-play goal. The defenseman has been one of Utah's best players this season, compiling four goals and 12 points in 17 contests. He is tied for third on the team in points.

Hockey Club's Logan Cooley: Scores in loss Friday
Cooley scored a goal in Friday's 4-2 loss to the Golden Knights.
Cooley found the back of the net for the third time this season midway through the first period to open the scoring in Friday's contest, but the Golden Knights scored four unanswered goals to secure the win. Cooley snapped a four-game goalless slump with this tally, and he's been a solid playmaker for Utah with nine assists in 17 outings. He is tied for second on the team in helpers this season.

Hockey Club's Karel Vejmelka: Defeated by Golden Knights
Vejmelka stopped 25 of 28 shots in Friday's 4-2 loss to the Golden Knights. The fourth goal was an empty-netter with 29 seconds left in the third period.
Vejmelka couldn't repeat the dominant display he delivered in the 4-1 win over the Hurricanes on Wednesday when he recorded a career-high 49 saves. He received a defeat in Friday's contest despite keeping a shutout until the late stages of the second period. Even though Vejmelka has lost in four of his six appearances this season, his overall numbers have turned out to be quite good for a backup netminder, owning a 2.49 GAA and a .921 save percentage.

Hockey Club's Karel Vejmelka: Tending twine Friday
Vejmelka will be between the visiting pipes in Vegas on Friday, Cole Bagley of KSL Sports reports.
Vejmelka was sensational as he picked up his first win of the season Wednesday, turning aside 49 shots in a 4-1 win over Carolina. He is 1-3-0 with a gaudy 2.37 GAA and a .926 save percentage. The Golden Knights have averaged 4.13 goals per game this season, good for third overall in the NHL.

Hockey Club's Clayton Keller: Garners assist Wednesday
Keller posted an assist and two shots on goal in Wednesday's 4-1 win over the Hurricanes.
Keller saw just 12:46 of ice time in the contest, though that may have been a product of the game situation. Utah had to kill off nearly 11 minutes of penalties in the third period, and Keller is not part of the team's regular penalty-kill rotation. He hasn't been flashy this season with just two multi-point efforts over 16 contests. Keller has six goals, eight assists, 39 shots on net and an even plus-minus rating.

Hockey Club's Jack McBain: Scores goal in Wednesday's win
McBain scored a goal in Wednesday's 4-1 win over the Hurricanes.
McBain didn't have to do too much to score his fourth goal of the season, as he took advantage of an outstanding individual effort from Michael Kesselring and simply had to tap the puck home from close range. McBain has seven points this season. The lack of consistency amid his bottom-six role remains an issue for his fantasy upside, but he's trending in the right direction of late with points in four of his last six contests.

Hockey Club's Mikhail Sergachev: Scores in win over Carolina
Sergachev scored a goal in Wednesday's 4-1 win over the Hurricanes.
Sergachev scored his third goal of the season midway through the third period with a powerful shot from behind the right faceoff circle. He endured a relatively slow start to the season, but the 26-year-old has been playing well lately with five points (two goals, three assists) across his last six appearances.

Hockey Club's Michael Kesselring: Delivers two assists Wednesday
Kesselring delivered two assists while adding one shot on goal, three hits and two blocked shots in Wednesday's 4-1 win over the Hurricanes.
Kesselring delivered his second multi-point effort of the season and is slowly finding some consistency, as he's now cracked the scoresheet in three of his last six outings. Even though his role as a third-pairing defenseman limits his upside considerably, he's putting up decent numbers. With nine points across 16 outings, he looks on pace to set career-best figures if he stays healthy. His best production came in 2023-24, when he recorded 21 points in 65 games with the Coyotes.

Hockey Club's Nick Bjugstad: First two goals of season
Bjugstad scored two goals while adding three shots, one hit and one blocked shot in Wednesday's 4-1 win over the Hurricanes.
Bjugstad missed the first eight games of the season due to an upper-body injury and has struggled to find any sort of rhythm since returning to the ice. These were his first two goals of the season, but the fact that he's gone pointless in six of his eight appearances limits his upside considerably. He has only four points so far (two goals, two assists) while averaging 13:20 of ice time per game.

Hockey Club's Karel Vejmelka: Makes career-high 49 saves
Vejmelka stopped 49 of 50 shots in Wednesday's 4-1 win over the Hurricanes.
The 28-year-old netminder delivered the best performance of his career in Wednesday's win, shutting down one of the best offenses in the Eastern Conference and only allowing a power-play goal in the second period, courtesy of Martin Necas, who happens to be one of the hottest players in the league at the moment. Vejmelka is not expected to steal the starting role from Connor Ingram, but this was undoubtedly an eye-popping performance. Through five appearances this season, Vejmelka has gone 1-3-0 with a 2.37 GAA and a .926 save percentage.
