Flames' Adam Klapka: AHL bound
Klapka was reassigned to AHL Calgary on Saturday.
Klapka was a healthy scratch in three straight games following his Nov. 11 recall from the minors. He has yet to acquire a point in five NHL games this season. Klapka has three goals and five points in five AHL outings this campaign.

Flames' MacKenzie Weegar: Pockets helper in win
Weegar notched an assist, four shots on goal, four blocked shots and two hits in Friday's 2-0 win over the Predators.
Weegar has earned three helpers over his last five contests. The 30-year-old defenseman continues to see steady usage in a top-four role and on the power play, though the Flames' mild offense has limited his scoring upside. He's now at three goals, five assists, 45 shots on net, 45 hits, 44 blocked shots and a plus-6 rating through 18 outings.

Flames' Nazem Kadri: Provides helper in win
Kadri notched an assist and four shots on goal in Friday's 2-0 win over the Predators.
Kadri ended a three-game slump when he won a faceoff to earn the secondary assist on Daniil Miromanov's third-period tally. The 34-year-old Kadri opened 2024-25 with a pair of multi-point efforts, but he's been rather quiet on offense since. The center has five goals, four helpers, 58 shots on net, 20 PIM and a minus-10 rating over 18 outings this season.

Flames' Daniil Miromanov: Opens scoring in third period
Miromanov scored a goal in Friday's 2-0 win over the Predators.
Miromanov pinched low off a faceoff win and buried his shot after a pass from MacKenzie Weegar. The tally was Miromanov's first of the season. The 27-year-old blueliner hasn't added much offense, picking up three points, 18 shots on net, 26 blocked shots and a plus-5 rating across 16 appearances. Miromanov isn't a lock for the lineup, but he often fills a top-four role when he plays.

Flames' Blake Coleman: Deposits empty-netter
Coleman scored an empty-net goal on four shots in Friday's 2-0 win over the Predators.
Coleman gave the Flames some breathing room late in the third period, snapping a six-game goal drought in the process. The 32-year-old forward has earned five points over eight contests in November, surpassing his production from October. He's at four goals, five assists, 50 shots on net, 38 hits, 16 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating over 18 games as a fixture in the Flames' middle six.

Flames' Dustin Wolf: Earns first career shutout
Wolf posted a 29-save shutout in Friday's 2-0 win over the Predators.
Wolf earned the first shutout of his career, and he's now won three of his last four starts. The 23-year-old has allowed just seven goals on 120 shots in that span. He improved to 6-2-1 with a 2.53 GAA and a .921 save percentage over nine starts this season. The Flames have pivoted to a win-and-stay-in plan for their goalies outside of back-to-back sets in November, so it wouldn't be surprising to see Wolf start Tuesday versus the Islanders.

Flames' Dustin Wolf: Starting Friday's game
Wolf will start Friday's home game against the Predators, Eric Francis of Sportsnet reports.
Wolf and Dan Vladar have split starts throughout most of the season, and Wolf will have an opportunity to patrol the home crease Friday. The 23-year-old has made three starts since the beginning of November, posting a 2-1-0 record, 2.27 GAA and .923 save percentage.

Flames' Justin Kirkland: Finds twine in loss
Kirkland scored a goal and added two hits in Tuesday's 3-1 loss to the Canucks.
Kirkland opened the scoring late in the first period, but that was all the Flames could put past Kevin Lankinen. The 28-year-old Kirkland has two points, three shots on net, 14 hits and nine PIM through five outings in November. He's at seven points, six shots on net, 38 hits, 13 blocked shots, 11 PIM and a plus-6 rating over 14 contests this season, playing primarily in a fourth-line role.

Flames' Dan Vladar: Takes another loss
Vladar stopped 29 of 32 shots in Tuesday's 3-1 loss to the Canucks.
The Flames had their first back-to-back of November, which likely explains why Vladar started after Dustin Wolf won Monday versus the Kings. The two goalies alternated starts in October, but head coach Ryan Huska looks to be leaning toward riding the hot hand moving forward. Vladar has lost three straight now (0-2-1), though he's allowed a modest eight goals in that span. He's 3-4-2 with a 2.65 GAA and a .906 save percentage through nine outings. That's good enough to be a No. 3 option in fantasy as he continues to work in a timeshare. Wolf will likely be between the pipes Friday versus the Predators.

Flames' Dan Vladar: Starting in Vancouver
Vladar will defend the road net Tuesday versus the Canucks, Derek Wills of Sportsnet 960 The Fan reports.
Vladar will get the second half of Calgary's back-to-back after Dustin Wolf played in Monday's 3-1 win over the Kings. The 27-year-old Vladar has a 3-3-2 record with one shutout, a 2.60 GAA and a .906 save percentage across eight outings in 2024-25. Vancouver sits 14th in the league with 3.23 goals per game this season.

Flames' Kevin Rooney: Fills empty cage
Rooney scored an empty-net goal on two shots in Monday's 3-1 win over the Kings.
Rooney earned his first point of the season with the empty-netter to help the Flames fend off the Kings at the end of the game. This was the center's first point in eight appearances this season. He missed time with a concussion in October but appears to be the Flames' preferred option as the fourth-line center. In addition to his goal, he has three shots on net, 11 hits, four blocked shots and four PIM.

Flames' Jonathan Huberdeau: Good all-around effort Monday
Huberdeau scored a goal on two shots, added three hits and blocked four shots in Monday's 3-1 win over the Kings.
Huberdeau converted on a partial breakaway in the second period just 36 seconds after Mikael Backlund opened the scoring for the Flames. Huberdeau's tally stood as his first game-winner of the campaign, and he has gotten on the scoresheet in consecutive contests. The 31-year-old is up to six goals, four helpers, 26 shots on net, 16 blocked shots, 10 hits and a minus-1 rating through 16 appearances. He hasn't typically made large defensive contributions in the past, but it's helping to diversify his fantasy production in 2024-25.

Flames' Mikael Backlund: Two points in Monday's win
Backlund produced a goal and an assist in Monday's 3-1 win over the Kings.
The 35-year-old center opened the scoring midway through the second period en route to his first multi-point performance of the season. Backlund is supplying his usual reliable secondary scoring so far in 2024-25, and through 16 contests he's delivered four goals and nine points. He's also been a little more selective with his shots -- he's on pace to record fewer than 200 shots on net for the first time over a full season since 2019-20, but his 10.5 percent shooting is his highest mark since 2016-17.

Flames' Dustin Wolf: Sharp in fifth win
Wolf made 28 saves in Monday's 3-1 win over the Kings.
The 23-year-old nearly recorded his first career shutout, but Trevor Moore just got the puck across the goal line late in the third period on a mad scramble around the Calgary crease before Wolf's glove batted it back out of the cage. Wolf may be on the verge of emerging from a timeshare with Dan Vladar and taking over the No. 1 job for the Flames -- Wolf has started three of the last four games, going 2-0-1 with a 2.27 GAA and .923 save percentage to begin the month of November.
