Clippers' Norman Powell: Heads to locker room Monday
10m agoPowell (leg) went back to the locker room in the first quarter of Monday's game against the Warriors, Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints.com reports.
Powell limped back to the locker room and it is unclear whether he will be able to return Monday. if the 31-year-old guard is unable to come back, Amir Coffey and Kevin Porter are candidates for an uptick in playing time the rest of the way.
-
Cade Cunningham DET SG
Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Posts another strong outing
16m agoCunningham ended with 26 points (8-17 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 6-9 FT), six rebounds and 10 assists across 36 minutes during Monday's 122-112 loss to the Bulls.
Cunningham led Detroit with 26 points and was clearly locked in from beyond the arc. He also continued his streak of reaching double figures in assists, as he's now dished out 10 or more in four consecutive appearances.
-
Malik Beasley DET SG
Pistons' Malik Beasley: Finds success off bench
19m agoBeasley totaled 21 points (8-19 FG, 5-14 3Pt), four rebounds, two assists and one steal across 30 minutes during Monday's 122-112 loss to the Bulls.
Beasley returned to the bench for Monday's clash following the return of Tim Hardaway from a head injury, but the role change had little impact on his production. Beasley ended the night second on his team in scoring behind Cade Cunnningham (26 points) despite a tough shooting performance. The Florida State product has now poured in 20 or more points in five straight showings, proving to fantasy managers that he's deserving of a look despite slotting in as a reserve.
-
Jalen Duren DET C
Pistons' Jalen Duren: Huge night on boards
25m agoDuren ended with 15 points (7-13 FG, 1-2 FT), 22 rebounds, three assists and two blocks in 30 minutes during Monday's 122-112 loss to the Bulls.
Duren lived on the glass all evening, securing a season-high 22 rebounds while notching his second straight double-double. The big man has now recorded double-digit rebounding performances in three of his last five appearances. Duren also had a strong showing on the defensive end, accounting for two of his squad's three swats.
-
Josh Giddey CHI PG
Bulls' Josh Giddey: Notches third double-double
29m agoGiddey finished Monday's 122-112 win over Detroit with 11 points (5-10 FG, 1-4 3Pt), eight rebounds and 10 assists over 29 minutes.
Giddey was somewhat efficient on the offensive end and scored in double figures for the first time in a week. He also put together his best passing performance since Nov. 7, good enough for his third double-double of the 2024-25 campaign. There should be plenty of opportunities to rack up assists for Giddey moving forward, at least while Nikola Vucevic, Zach LaVine and Coby White all continue to play at a high level.
-
Coby White CHI PG
Bulls' Coby White: Posts another big night
33m agoWhite racked up 25 points (9-14 FG, 5-10 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, four assists and one block over 33 minutes during Monday's 122-112 win over Detroit.
White was busy scorching the nets from beyond the arc in this one and finished tied for second on his squad in scoring behind Nikola Vucevic's 29-point showing. White has been a consistent source of points for the Bulls of late, averaging 20.8 points over his last five appearances. It's clear there are plenty of opportunities to go around between Vucevic, White and Zach LaVine in Chicago.

Pistons' Jalen Duren: Huge night on boards

Vucevic bounced back after a sluggish nine-point showing Sunday against the Rockets, though it's worth mentioning he was pulled early in a blowout. He drilled a season-best six triples in Monday's victory and paced his club in scoring and rebounding. The big man has now put up 20-plus points in three of his last five appearances.
-
Alex Len SAC C
Kings' Alex Len: Returning to starting five
1h agoLen is starting Monday's game against the Hawks, Frankie Cartoscelli of KHTK Sactown Sports 1140 reports.

-
Brook Lopez MIL C
Bucks' Brook Lopez: Exits game with back injury
2h agoLopez (back) left for the locker room in the second quarter of Monday's game against the Rockets, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reports.
Lopez was able to block an Amen Thompson dunk, but the former fell hard to the ground and landed on his back. Bobby Portis should see more playing time off the bench for as long as Lopez is sidelined.
-
Mo Bamba LAC C
Clippers' Mo Bamba: Good to go Monday
2h agoBamba (knee) is available for Monday's game against the Warriors, Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints.com reports.
Bamba will suit up for the second game of a back-to-back set, and he has now played in two straight outings after missing the rest of the season with a left knee injury. The big man will serve as Ivica Zubac's primary backup, though he only played 15 minutes in his return during Sunday's win over Utah.

-
Enrique Freeman IND PF
Pacers' Enrique Freeman: First career start Monday
4h agoFreeman is in the Pacers' starting lineup for Monday's game against the Raptors, Scott Agness of FieldhouseFiles.com reports.
With Myles Turner (calf) sidelined and backup big men James Wiseman (Achilles) and Isaiah Jackson (Achilles) done for the year, Freeman will make his first career start Monday. Freeman, the Pacers' second-round selection in the 2024 NBA Draft, has seen sparse playing time this season, but he has a chance to earn a bigger spot in the rotation with a solid outing Monday.
-
Jarace Walker IND PF
Pacers' Jarace Walker: Gets first career start Monday
4h agoWalker will enter the starting lineup in Monday's game against the Raptors, Scott Agness of FieldhouseFiles.com reports.
With Ben Sheppard (oblique) out, Bennedict Mathurin will move to the two-guard and Walker will pick up his first career start. -
Kevin Love MIA PF
Heat's Kevin Love: Coming off bench Monday
4h agoLove will come off the bench in Monday's game against the 76ers, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
With Jimmy Butler (ankle) returning from a four-game absence, the Heat will opt to keep Haywood Highsmith in the starting five and move Love to the bench. The veteran big man has started in all four of his regular-season outings this year, during which he has averaged 8.0 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 1.0 assists across only 11.8 minutes per game.
-
Giannis Antetokounmpo MIL PF
Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo: Will play Monday
5h agoAntetokounmpo (knee) is available for Monday's game against the Rockets, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reports.

Since missing a contest in Cleveland on Nov. 4, Antetokounmpo has suited up for six straight contests, averaging 33.7 points, 12.3 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 2.3 blocks in 35.2 minutes per game during that stretch.
-
Jimmy Butler MIA SF
Heat's Jimmy Butler: Outstanding numbers in return
1h agoButler (ankle) registered 30 points (8-12 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 13-13 FT), 10 rebounds, five assists and one steal across 34 minutes Monday in the Heat's 106-89 win over the 76ers.
A sprained right ankle had kept Butler out for the last four games, but he looked as good as ever in his return to action, establishing a new season-high mark in scoring while doing with a perfect showing from the free-throw line on heavy volume. Butler had gotten off to a sluggish start from the charity stripe with a 73.2 percent success rate on 56 attempts, but he improved his mark by five percentage points Monday. The strong production on the glass and as a distributor all while committing no turnovers on the night made Butler's line all the more valuable for managers who roster him in nine-category leagues.
-
Doug McDermott SAC SF
Kings' Doug McDermott: Back to bench Monday
1h agoMcDermott will come off the bench in Monday's game against the Hawks, Frankie Cartoscelli of KHTK Sactown Sports 1140 reports.

-
Garrison Mathews ATL SF
Hawks' Garrison Mathews: Drawing spot start
1h agoMathews is starting Monday's game against the Kings, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.

Mathews is averaging 7.2 points, 1.0 rebounds and 1.6 assists over 18.4 minutes in his last five games off the bench, but it wouldn't be a surprise to see him reach the 20-minute threshold Monday.
-
Jalen Johnson ATL SF
Hawks' Jalen Johnson: Won't suit up Monday
1h agoJohnson (lower leg) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Kings, Lauren L. Williams of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Johnson was a late addition to the injury report and is dealing with left lateral lower leg inflammation. With the 22-year-old forward sidelined, Garrison Mathews, De'Andre Hunter and Larry Nance are candidates for an increased role Monday.
-
Kawhi Leonard LAC SF
Clippers' Kawhi Leonard: Takes part in shooting drills
2h agoLeonard (knee) has been cleared to resume shooting work, Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints.com reports.
The Clippers have yet to provide more information on Leonard's timeline for a return, but this news reveals he's taking small steps in the right direction. Head coach Tyronn Lue has already ruled Leonard out for the entire week, and it'll likely be at least a few more weeks until he gets the green light to suit up.
-
DeMar DeRozan SAC SF
Kings' DeMar DeRozan: Taking steps in right direction
3h agoDeRozan (back), who has already been ruled out for Monday's game against the Hawks, has been cleared for individual on-court workouts, Law Murray of The Athletic reports. He'll be considered day-to-day moving forward.
This is great news for the veteran forward, as it sounds like a return is possible for Friday's game against the Clippers if all goes well over the next few days. DeRozan's absence hasn't been particularly long, so he shouldn't need too much time to ramp back up. The team should have more information to share on the 35-year-old's availability closer to Friday's matchup.
-

Cunningham led Detroit with 26 points and was clearly locked in from beyond the arc. He also continued his streak of reaching double figures in assists, as he's now dished out 10 or more in four consecutive appearances.

Tim Hardaway Jr. DET SG
Pistons' Tim Hardaway: Rough shooting in return
1h agoHardaway (head) scored two points (1-10 FG, 0-8 3Pt) and added three assists and one rebound in 30 minutes Monday in the Pistons' 122-112 loss to the Bulls.
Hardaway didn't face any limitations in his return from a three-game absence due to a head laceration, as he took back his spot in the starting five and narrowly surpassed his season-long average of 28.5 minutes per contest. However, despite the ample playing time, Hardaway had a rough go Monday, finishing with his lowest scoring total of the season while coming up empty from three-point range. Hardaway is capable of getting hot from downtown and providing some useful secondary scoring, but his oft-streaky shooting and lack of contributions elsewhere in the box score limit his overall fantasy appeal.
-
Lindy Waters III GS SG
Warriors' Lindy Waters: Available Monday
2h agoWaters (knee) is listed as available for Monday's game against the Clippers.
Waters hyperextended his left knee during Friday's win over Memphis, though he is set to play in Monday's contest. The 27-year-old has averaged 3.0 points, 1.2 rebounds and 1.2 assists across 12.2 minutes per game in his last five appearances.

The team is already without Ben Sheppard (oblique), Aaron Nesmith (ankle) and Andrew Nembhard (knee), meaning Quenton Jackson and T.J. McConnell will have to pick up the slack in the second unit the rest of the way.

Stephen Curry GS PG
Warriors' Stephen Curry: Cleared as expected
2h agoCurry (knee) will play Monday night against the Clippers.
Curry has been trending in the right direction leading up to tipoff and has now officially been given the green light for Monday's clash. He'll undoubtedly be eyeing a bounce-back performance after being held to 13 points in Friday's 123-118 victory over the Grizzlies.
-
Jamal Shead TOR PG
Raptors' Jamal Shead: Checks back in
2h agoShead (wrist) has returned to Monday's game against Indiana, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Shead's stay in the locker room didn't last long, as he was spotted on the bench with tape on his wrist at the end of the third quarter before checking in for the start of the fourth. It'll be worth keeping an eye on the team's injury report following Monday's game to see if his wrist issue lingers.
-
Jamal Shead TOR PG
Raptors' Jamal Shead: Heads to locker room
2h agoShead was spotted walking to the locker room after suffering an apparent wrist injury during Monday's game against the Pacers, Vivek Jacob of the Raptors' official site reports.
Shead went to the locker room with a few minutes remaining in the third quarter, and the severity of the injury has yet to be determined. He went down hard after falling on a contest at the rim. The Raptors would likely lean heavily on Davion Mitchell the rest of the way if Shead can't return considering the team's next option at point guard, D.J. Carton (ankle), is also out.
