Coach Kyle Shanahan said Monday that Purdy is day-to-day due to a sore right shoulder, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Purdy had a season-low 159 yards on 21-for-28 passing during Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Seahawks, tossing a touchdown to WR Jauan Jennings but also throwing his eighth interception of the season. A health concern may now result in some practice limitations when the 49ers begin Week 12 prep Wednesday, but Shanahan calling him day-to-day indicates Purdy likely will be good to go this coming Sunday at Green Bay.

The Cowboys placed Prescott (hamstring) on injured reserve Monday.

This move is merely procedural for Prescott, who underwent surgery to address the partial avulsion of his right hamstring last Wednesday following the injury he suffered Week 9 in Atlanta. While Prescott's recovery process is expected to take upwards of three months, Dallas will turn to Cooper Rush under center for the time being. In addition to Rush, the Cowboys also have 2021 first-round pick Trey Lance on the active roster.

Panthers head coach Dave Canales confirmed that Young will remain the team's starting quarterback for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Mike Kaye of The Charlotte Observer reports.

After a five-game benching earlier in the season, Young returned to the starting lineup Week 8, when Andy Dalton was unavailable after suffering a thumb injury in a car accident. Though Dalton was cleared to resume playing Week 9, Young proceeded to start in both of the Panthers' final two games prior to their Week 11 bye, guiding Carolina to wins over the Saints and Giants while completing 60.8 percent of his passes for 5.8 yards per attempt and a 2:1 TD:INT between those two victories. While his numbers since reclaiming the starting role aren't overly impressive, Young has still taken a step forward from his lowly production during his 2023 rookie campaign and the first two games of 2024. He'll remain a low-end fantasy option while he continues to start for Carolina, with his utility largely limited to leagues that start two quarterbacks or have a QB flex spot.

Head coach Brian Daboll announced Monday that Lock will serve as the backup to starting quarterback Tommy DeVito beginning with Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, while Daniel Jones moves to the No. 3 spot on the depth chart after starting each of the team's first 10 games.

Though Lock has served as the top backup to Jones all season, he'll stick in the No. 2 role while DeVito climbs from the bottom of the depth chart to the top. While Daboll declined to offer many specifics behind the changing of the guard at quarterback, the decision to bypass Lock for the starting nod is likely related to the signal-caller's contract, which contains multiple playing-time and performance-based incentives. Jones, meanwhile, has a contract that contains a $23 million guarantee for 2025 if he's unable to pass a physical in March, and with the Giants seemingly no longer viewing him as their franchise quarterback, the team will avoid exposing him to injury over the final seven games of the season by making him a healthy inactive. Lock is scheduled to become a free agent in 2025, which is another possible factor in the team's decision to start DeVito, who is two years younger and is likelier than Lock to be part of the roster next season.

Head coach Brian Daboll confirmed Monday that Jones will serve as the Giants' No. 3 quarterback moving forward, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.

In his press conference, Daboll didn't go into specifics about why he elected to drop Jones from first to third on the depth chart, but the decision is almost certainly related to the quarterback's contract, which would guarantee him $23 million for 2025 if he were to suffer an injury at any point over the remainder of the season. Though New York plans to make Jones a healthy inactive as the emergency third quarterback for its final seven games, he'll remain with the team and could still trigger the injury guarantee if he gets hurt in a team activity, per Patricia Traina of SI.com. Tommy DeVito will take over as the Giants' starting quarterback beginning with Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, while Drew Lock will remain in the top backup role as New York plays out the string on a non-contending campaign before presumably cutting bait with Jones this offseason.

The Giants are in line to turn from Jones to Tommy DeVito as their starting quarterback Sunday against the Buccaneers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Following the team's bye week, the 2-8 Giants plan to turn the offense over to DeVito, rather than previous No. 2 QB Drew Lock. Aside from the team's record and the poor level of Jones' play this season, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com notes that the Giants also had to factor in that there is a $23 million injury guarantee in Jones' contract for 2025 that kicks in if the QB gets injured and is unable to pass a physical in the offseason.

Charbonnet rushed four times for three yards and caught two passes (two targets) for two yards in Sunday's 20-17 win over the 49ers.

Charbonnet continues to serve as the distant No. 2 running back behind Kenneth Walker, who produced 59 yards and a touchdown on 16 touches. Even worse, Charbonnet was quite inefficient in Sunday's win. While he's worth holding onto in case Walker gets injured, Charbonnet has minimal standalone value.

Luepke (calf) is inactive for Monday's Week 11 game against Houston, Nick Harris of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

This was expected, as Luepke didn't practice at all this week and was deemed doubtful after the Cowboys' final practice. While the second-year fullback hasn't gotten more than four touches in any of his nine games so far this season, he's a key part of the team's running game as a blocker. Those duties could fall upon backup tight ends Luke Schoonmaker and/or Brevyn Spann-Ford with Luepke unable to suit up against the Texans.

Johnson carried twice for three yards during Sunday's 52-6 loss to the Lions.

The 28-year-old suited up after being considered questionable with a hamstring injury, and he played just 27 percent of the offensive snaps. Johnson has five carries for 12 yards and one reception for 20 yards over the past four games, and he isn't likely to be significantly involved in the offense while Travis Etienne is healthy.

The Packers reinstated Lloyd (ankle/hamstring/appendix) from injured reserve Monday.

Though Lloyd will temporarily get added back on the 53-man roster, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic relays that the rookie running back will likely be returned to IR or another reserve list after he required an emergency appendectomy Friday. Lloyd had missed the Packers' final seven games before a Week 10 bye due to a high-ankle sprain, but he had his 21-day evaluation window opened last Monday. However, Lloyd was a limited participant in just two practices on account of the ankle sprain as well as a hamstring injury before he reported abdominal pain and was diagnosed with appendicitis. Assuming he's eventually placed back on a reserve list, Lloyd would have to miss at least another four games, but he would still be eligible for activation again beginning in Week 16.

Chandler didn't have a carry or reception in Sunday's win at Tennessee. He did have one kick return for 35 yards.

Chandler played just one snap on offense as he's become a distant third option at running back behind starter Aaron Jones and backup Cam Akers.

Goodson did not have a carry or reception in Sunday's win at the Jets.

Goodson played just two snaps on offense as Jonathan Taylor played on 63 of the offense's 70 snaps. Trey Sermon (five snaps) did play more snaps than Goodson but it may be Goodson that has more of a role as a pass catcher if the Colts fall far behind. Either way, neither Sermon or Goodson currently has much of a role if Taylor is fully healthy.

Mingo is active for Monday's game against the Texans, Clarence E. Hill Jr. of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Mingo was moved from Carolina to Dallas at the trade deadline on Nov. 5, but he understandably was held out Week 10 with only days to acclimate to a new offense. With another week of practice under his belt, he'll make his Cowboys debut Monday, but with Cooper Rush handling QB duties for Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb (back) the clear top option in the passing game, Mingo may be hard-pressed to produce. In 24 appearances with the Panthers, the 2023 second-round pick recorded 55 catches and no touchdowns on 111 targets.

Brooks (coach's decision) is inactive for Monday's Week 11 tilt versus the Texans, Nick Harris of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Brooks has been inefficient as a pass catcher this season, hauling in just eight of 24 targets. He logged over half of the Cowboys' offensive snaps in each of the team's past four games but won't take the field Monday. Brooks' inactive status coincides with the team debut of Jonathan Mingo, who was acquired in a trade with Carolina on Nov. 5.

Pettis reverted to the Saints' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Pettis was elevated to the Saints' active roster for the second consecutive week ahead of Sunday's win over the Browns, catching his lone target for nine yards across seven offensive snaps. The Washington product also played five special-teams snaps and returned two punts for 54 yards, including a 53-yard return that was initially ruled an 88-yard touchdown before being called back for stepping out of bounds. He's expected to rejoin the Saints' active roster following the team's Week 12 bye.

Austin reverted to the Saints' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Austin appeared in his second consecutive game in the Saint's Week 11 win over the Browns, catching one of his two targets for 18 yards while playing 43 total snaps (39 offensive and four on special teams). The Notre Dame product played behind just Cedrick Wilson and Marquez Valdes-Scantling on Sunday, and he's expected to be elevated to the Saints' active roster again for the Week 13 matchup against Rams.

Lamb (back) is listed as active Monday against the Texans, Nick Harris of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Lamb played through a shoulder issue Week 10 versus the Eagles, but the loss of Dak Prescott (hamstring) for the season has left the wide receiver working with QB Cooper Rush, resulting in six catches (on 10 targets) for just 21 yards in that contest. On Saturday, Dallas tacked him on to its practice report as limited due to a back injury, but despite the development, national reporters like Adam Schefter of ESPN and Tom Pelissero of NFL Network and even a team source via Jane Slater of NFL Network indicated he'd suit up, barring a pregame setback. Now that his status is confirmed for Week 11 action, Lamb will be available to the Cowboys offense, but the aforementioned context doesn't ensure his usual prowess will shine through.

Marshall reverted to the Raiders' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Marshall appeared in his first game Sunday since joining the Raiders' practice squad in late October, failing to record a stat across seven offensive snaps. The 2021 second-round pick played in nine games with the Panthers in 2023, catching 19 of his 33 targets for 139 yards. He could be rejoin the Raiders' active roster if their wide receiver room faces injuries later this season.

Ferguson has been ruled out for the remainder of Monday's game against Houston due to a concussion, Clarence E. Hill Jr. of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Ferguson was hurt in the first quarter and subsequently entered concussion protocol. The Cowboys have since ruled their No. 1 tight end out for the remainder of the contest. Ferguson finishes Week 11 with one catch (on one target) for 11 yards. Luke Schoonmaker likely will take on the majority of Dallas' tight-end snaps in Ferguson's stead.

Barner caught two of four targets for 15 yards in Sunday's 20-17 win over the 49ers.

Barner has served as the No. 1 tight end in each of the last two games with Noah Fant (groin) inactive. A rookie fourth-round pick, Barner has six catches for 42 yards over those two games. Thus, Barner's fantasy upside isn't that clear even if Fant is out again in Week 12 versus the Cardinals.

Kittle came out of a Week 10 win at Tampa Bay with hamstring irritation that capped him to a pair of limited practices during Week 11 prep. While he ultimately was inactive for Sunday's loss to the Seahawks, Shanahan noted the tight end was "close" to being able to suit up. Kittle's activity level Wednesday may set the tone for the rest of the week, but it appears as if he'll miss just one game as a result of the injury.

Mitchell reverted to the Lions' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

The third-year pro was elevated to Detroit's active roster ahead of the Week 11 win over the Jaguars to ensure depth at tight end with Sam LaPorta (shoulder) ruled out. Mitchell ended up seeing increased time after Shane Zylstra sustained a neck injury in Sunday's win, playing 24 offensive snaps but failing to record a stat. He could be elevated to the Lions' active roster again before the team's Week 12 matchup against the Colts if LaPorta or Zylstra cannot suit up.

Davidson reverted to the Bills' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

The Central Missouri product made his first appearance of the season in the Bills' Week 11 win over the Chiefs, playing 15 total snaps (11 offensive and four on special teams) and catching his only target for five yards. He could return to Buffalo's active roster for the Week 13 matchup against the 49ers if Dalton Kincaid (knee) has not fully recovered after the bye week.

Mabry was waived by the Seahawks on Monday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.

Mabry was signed to Seattle's 53-man roster Saturday and did play in Sunday's win over the 49ers. However, he saw just one snap on offense and wasn't targeted. It's possible the Maryland product ends up back on the team's practice squad, assuming he is able to clear waivers.

Myers hit both of his field-goal attempts and both extra-point tries in Sunday's 20-17 win over the 49ers.

Myers connected on kicks from 52 and 57 yards to mark a perfect game. He has now hit five of seven field-goal attempts from beyond 50 yards and 24 of 25 extra-point tries. Myers will look to stay hot in a home game versus the Cardinals in Week 12.

The Jets signed Carlson to the 53-man roster Monday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Carlson joined the Jets' practice squad Nov. 8 and was elevated ahead of this past Sunday's 28-27 loss to the Colts. After converting all five of his kicks (three extra points, two field goals) -- including a career-long 58-yard boot -- the second-year pro will now gain some job security. At least while Greg Zuerlein (knee) remains on injured reserve, Carlson should retain the Jets' kicking job.

Little made both of his field-goal attempts during Sunday's 52-6 loss to the Lions.

The 21-year-old started the scoring with a 59-yard field goal during the first quarter and added a 35-yarder to close out the first half, and that was it for Jacksonville's scoring as the offense mustered just 10 first downs. Little is 15-for-16 on field goals and 19-for-19 on extra points this season, but the Jaguars' already inconsistent offense has taken a further step back the past two weeks in the absence of Trevor Lawrence (shoulder).

Moody nailed his only field-goal attempt from 33 yards out while converting both point-after tries in Sunday's 20-17 loss to Seattle.

Moody had a tumultuous return from injury in Week 10, missing three FGAs before mercifully hitting his last kick to finish off a win over Tampa Bay. Things went a lot smoother this time around, albeit in a losing effort on far less kicking attempts. Moody should resume being a safe play in fantasy, but it is worth noting his upcoming schedule that features two road games outdoors on the east coast. The first test comes on the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field when the 49ers visit the Packers next Sunday.

Folk made both of his field-goal attempts and his lone extra-point attempt in Sunday's 23-13 loss to the Vikings.

Folk opened and closed the scoring with field goals of 30 and 43 yards. He's now converted multiple-field goal attempts in three games this season, two of which have come in the last three weeks. While Folk has enjoyed a very accurate season, the poor state of the Tennessee offense has limited his opportunity.

Karty missed a 26-yard field goal and connected on all four of his extra-point tries during Sunday's 28-22 victory against the Patriots.

For the second straight week, the rookie kicker had a missed kick, but unlike last week's lengthy 57-yard miss, Karty put a short 26-yard attempt off the right upright just before the end of the first half. These three points were pivotal late, as the Patriots were only down six heading into their final drive. Had the Patriots scored and earned the victory, Karty may have gotten much more flak for his miss. On the season, Karty is 16-for-20 on field-goal attempts and 19-for-21 on extra-point attempts, and he'll look to boost his percentages against the Eagles in Week 12.

Elliss finished with 10 tackles (eight solo), including a tackle for a loss, in Sunday's 38-6 loss to the Broncos.

The inside linebacker also played on all 60 defensive snaps. Elliss has played on every defensive snap in nine of 11 games this season. The sixth-year pro has 98 tackles (57 solo), including 1.0 sacks, a pass breakup and a fumble recovery in 2024.

Smith recorded three solo tackles and two pass breakups, including an interception, in Sunday's 23-13 win over the Titans.

The veteran safety also played on all 55 defensive snaps. Smith now has 53 tackles (32 solo), including 1.0 sacks, seven pass breakups, including two interceptions, and a fumble recovery in 2024.

Cashman recorded four tackles (two solo), including 1.0 sacks, in Sunday's 23-13 win over the Titans.

The inside linebacker also played on all 55 defensive snaps. Cashman now has 49 tackles (25 solo), including 3.0 sacks, and five pass breakups in seven games this season.

Kinlaw recorded five tackles (two solo), including 1.0 sacks, and a fumble recovery in Sunday's 28-27 loss to the Colts.

The defensive tackle also played on 66 percent of the defensive snaps. Kinlaw has 32 tackles (20 solo), including 2.5 sacks, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in 2024.

Williams recorded seven tackles (five solo), including 1.0 sacks and an additional tackle for a loss, in Sunday's 28-27 loss to the Colts.

The defensive tackle also played on 72 percent of the defensive snaps. Williams has 32 tackles (22 solo), including 6.0 sacks, on the year.

Clemons recorded eight tackles (three solo) in Sunday's 28-27 loss to the Colts.

The defensive end also played on 58 percent of the defensive snaps. Clemons has 26 tackles (13 solo), including 4.5 sacks, and a forced fumble in 2024.
