  • Packers' MarShawn Lloyd: Returns from IR

The Packers reinstated Lloyd (ankle/hamstring/appendix) from injured reserve Monday.

Though Lloyd will temporarily get added back on the 53-man roster, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic relays that the rookie running back will likely be returned to IR or another reserve list after he required an emergency appendectomy Friday. Lloyd had missed the Packers' final seven games before a Week 10 bye due to a high-ankle sprain, but he had his 21-day evaluation window opened last Monday. However, Lloyd was a limited participant in just two practices on account of the ankle sprain as well as a hamstring injury before he reported abdominal pain and was diagnosed with appendicitis. Assuming he's eventually placed back on a reserve list, Lloyd would have to miss at least another four games, but he would still be eligible for activation again beginning in Week 16.

  • Packers' Javon Bullard: Tallies eight stops vs. Chicago

Bullard recorded eight total tackles (six solo) in Sunday's 20-19 win over the Bears.

Despite logging his second-lowest defensive snap share (72 percent) of the season Sunday, Bullard finished as one of Green Bay's top tacklers, trailing Xavier McKinney and Carrington Valentine, who each posted nine stops. The 2024 second-round pick from Georgia is off to a strong start through the first 10 games of his rookie campaign, having recorded 59 total tackles and one pass defended while primarily playing in the slot. He's expected to continue improving as he adapts to his new position throughout the season.

  • Packers' Carrington Valentine: Impresses in Week 11

Valentine recorded nine total tackles (four solo) in Sunday's 20-19 win over the Bears.

The second-year corner from Kentucky capitalized on his increased snaps with the Packers' first-team defense after Jaire Alexander exited Sunday's win due to an aggravation of his knee injury, tying Xavier McKinney as the team's leading tackler. Valentine hasn't seen much defensive work this season after being an integral part of the Packers' defense during his rookie campaign. He's posted 15 total tackles and one pass defended through Green Bay's first 10 regular-season games in 2024. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports that Alexander's injury is not believed to be serious, so Valentine will likely resume his role as the Packers' top backup corner in Week 12, when the 49ers visit Green Bay.

  • Packers' Xavier McKinney: Great effort in win

McKinney recorded nine total tackles (six solo) in Sunday's 20-19 win over the Bears.

The first-year Packer posted a season-high nine stops in Sunday's narrow win, tying Carrington Valentine as Green Bay's leading tackler. McKinney has had a phenomenal start to his tenure in Green Bay, tallying 51 total tackles, including 1.0 sacks, and intercepting six passes while playing 100 percent of the team's defensive snaps through 10 games. He's expected to continue making plays as one of the NFL's top safeties when the Packers host the 49ers in Week 12.

  • Packers' Chris Brooks: Snap counts stay favorable

Brooks was targeted twice and had two receptions for 13 yards in Sunday's 20-19 victory over the Bears.

Brooks did not tally a carry Sunday and was the third Packers running back to enter the contest, but for the third time in as many he finished with more snaps than fellow reserve Emanuel Wilson, who was on the field for only three offensive plays in Week 11. One of the two remains the backup behind Josh Jacobs with the return of MarShawn Lloyd (ankle/appendix) again delayed, but it's tough to say to pinpoint exactly which is the No. 2 back.

  • Packers' Emanuel Wilson: Limited to three snaps

Wilson had two carries for 17 yards in Sunday's 20-19 victory over the Bears.

Wilson was the second Green Bay running back to enter Sunday's contest and the only one besides Josh Jacobs to record a carry, but he played only three snaps while Jacobs got 37 and Chris Brooks recorded 10 of his own. It's still a toss-up when determining who the top option behind Jacobs is, as the snap counts suggest Brooks but the overall body of work leans toward Wilson. What is certain is it's one or the other, as MarShawn Lloyd (ankle/appendix) will miss at least a couple more weeks.

  • Packers' Dontayvion Wicks: Shut out once more

Wicks was targeted once and did not catch a pass in Sunday's 20-19 victory over the Bears.

Wicks did not record a reception in the final game Green Bay played before its Week 10 bye, and that was the case again Sunday. Wicks has shown he can produce when given the opportunity, but he simply is not getting those right now, as over the last three games his team played he averaged just 22.7 snaps per contest while totaling only six targets. It might take an injury to Jayden Reed, Romeo Doubs or Christian Watson for Wicks to regain a prominent spot in the game plan.

  • Packers' Brandon McManus: Hits two extra points

McManus made both extra points he attempted in Sunday's 20-19 victory over the Bears.

Possessions were limited for the Packers on Sunday and they attempted a two-point conversion on one of their three touchdown drives, so McManus was limited to only the two extra-point attempts in Week 11. Green Bay will next face a San Francisco team that ranks middle-of-the-pack against opposing kickers, both in recent weeks and over the course of the season.
